Pierre-Emmanuel Weil began his career in 2003 in the Leveraged Finance team of BNP Paribas CIB. He participates in numerous Large Cap LBO transactions in corporate finance structuring and restructuring.
In 2009, he founded Weil Investissement, whose activity consists in creating, structuring and managing single Family Offices. It led the creation of the VAULT project.
The company now supports 10 families in managing their family office and their investments in Private Equity, Private Debt, Asset Management and Cash Management.
Pierre graduated with a Masters in Management at HEC Paris and the Faculty of Law of Paris XI.

Mathieu Villaume is board member at Azur & Partners, and the Managing Director of VAULT Administration, bringing with him over 20 years of expertise in the entrepreneurial world. With a proven track record, Mathieu has previously served as the Managing Director of IQEQ Head of Private Wealth in Luxembourg for 2 years and as a Director at AlterDomus Head of of Private Clients Department for 5 years. Prior to that, he held the position of Head of multifamily office at a Swiss private bank in Luxembourg for 8 years. He is also a trained lawyer and is fluent in French and English.

MD, VAULT ASSET MANAGEMENT (AM)

Benoit Carpentier de Changy is a seasoned professional with a proven track record in various areas of finance and business. With his expertise, he has successfully served as a Conducting Officer and COO at Fundcraft, specializing in venture capital, private equity, and fund of funds. Additionally, he has managed portfolios for Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs) in private equity, real estate, and infrastructure at Alter Domus for over 9 years.
Benoit brings with him a wealth of expertise in consolidation, having worked with a listed real estate company consisting of over 200 companies during his tenure at PwC. His strong educational background includes a Master’s degree in Applied Economics and Business Administration from UCL. Fluent in both French and English, Benoit is also a certified chartered accountant.

Thomas Czertow is the Managing Director of VAULT DATA AUTOMATION, a service that offers a suite of solutions harnessing the full potential of your data. With over a decade of experience in the finance industry, he has developed a strong understanding of the challenges businesses encounter in managing their daily tasks.
Today, his mission is to provide a solution based on a 'Tech + Services' approach that effectively meets the operational needs of his clients.
